You have 10 days to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required for a return.
We only accept returns if the product you receive is damaged or not as described on our website.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, batteries, chargers/adapters, electronic toys, and clothes are non-returnable. No returns are accepted for sale items or gift cards.
A)Eligibility for Refund

B) Delivery Discrepancies
If tracking shows the item is delivered but you claim otherwise, please consult your local post office as we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
C) Incorrect Shipping Address
Notify us within 24 hours if the shipping address is incorrect. Failure to do so limits our ability to refund or cancel your order.
Purchase Protection & Dispute
Our payment processor protects your purchase. Contact us for any issues before disputing the order. Disputes can only be initiated after 20 business days from purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is late or missing, check your bank and credit card accounts. If you still haven't received it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email us at email@example.com.
To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days.
Gift recipients can receive a gift credit. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
