Start Your Return
To initiate a return, please provide the following:
- Order Number
- Email Address Used at Checkout
Once entered, you’ll be able to track, request, and complete your return or exchange in just a few steps.
Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags and accessories intact
Exchange Options
If the size, color, or style wasn’t quite right, you can request an exchange (subject to product availability). We’ll process it as soon as the returned item reaches us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to complete the refund.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For incorrect or damaged items, we cover all return shipping fees.

Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible.
