Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags, manuals & accessories included
⚠️ Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or tampering will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If the size, style, or colour isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange (subject to availability).
Your replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to process the refund after we issue it.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different card, account, or payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, Kids Joy Toys covers all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs (paid during checkout) are non-refundable.
