This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work.
1. Returns
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- In the same condition received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalised items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Opened, used, or damaged items (unless defective)
- Digital goods (if applicable)
- “Sale items” are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@kidsjoytoys.com to request a return authorisation.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refund Exceptions
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items are returned used
- Packaging is missing
- Accessories are not included
- The product has signs of damage not caused during delivery
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the damage/defect
- Brief description of the issue
- We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on your preference.
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- After delivery, you may return the item under this policy.
6. Return Shipping Address
We will provide the correct return warehouse address when you contact us to initiate a return.
This helps ensure items are shipped to the correct processing centre.
Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
