Fill with comfortably warm water (about 90-100°F/32-38°C); hold upside down using the non-slip grip, choose your nozzle, and gently squeeze to release a soothing stream. Rinse from front to back using light pressure, then gently pat dry with a soft towel.
Note: only add provider-approved solutions, such as witch hazel, if recommended by your healthcare provider. Wash the bottle and nozzles with mild soap and warm water after each use, then let them air-dry completely.
